Country Club Hills

Located in the Country Club Hills neighborhood in Arlington, Virginia this single-family home was designed and developed on speculation. Certain exterior design elements were integrated to help blend into this established and charming neighborhood including dry stacked stone veneer, individually stained cedar shakes, custom corbels and perfection shingles. To keep the massing in tune with adjacent homes, the house was pushed down into the site and the top floor was stick built to provide more than 6,523 square feet of finished space. Interior design choices made the house warm and accommodating for modern family styled living. GTM Architects designed this home.
