Located in the Mount Vernon Square neighborhood of northwest DC, this 10-Unit condominium development project was designed to maximize the allowable FAR (floor-area-ratio) by creating front and rear buildings with shared exterior circulation. Some of the loft styled units feature panoramic views of the city and boast triplex living with multiple roof decks. Jim Foster and GTM Architects collaborated on this project.
