These six townhomes are located in the Tenley Park neighborhood in upper northwest and required a zoning variance to best utilize the very tight corner lot. Special care to the material selection and massing were taken to fit in with the scale of the neighborhood while still providing four story vertical living in the city. Interiors and exteriors were specified by Kelly Knebel. GTM Architects designed the project.
